Do your kids love Halloween? My older son is now old enough that he is very excited about Halloween and loves to go on walks to look at all the decorations.
We spent an evening walking (and driving) around different areas of Lincoln Park, looking at Halloween decorations. For anyone who is new to the area or not based in Chicago – Lincoln Park is home to a zoo, large park, affluent neighborhood, and more. During our evening adventure, we found lots of impressive, festive homes!
My favorite house, which might not be right in Lincoln Park, was decorated with a Harry Potter theme. This home is located at 915 West Dickens Avenue in Chicago. Even though my son was scared of the life-sized werewolf, we all enjoyed viewing and were very impressed by this over-the-top display! Our family concurred that the best Halloween evening would including wandering around the blocks surrounding this home and to eventually head over to 900 W Armitage Ave (only a 5 minute walk away) to pickup dinner at Foxtrot.
