I hope you had a wonderful evening filled with lots of candy! In the Chicago area, it snowed 3.4 inches today! We still walked around the neighborhood and my son had a great time trick-or-treating, even in the snow. It was his first time trick-or-treating and he was very serious about holding his candy bucket and walking around himself. Toddlers make me laugh.
October is one of my favorite months and I’ve always enjoyed Halloween. Especially picking out a costume and eating too much candy. I really look forward to the day when my son can tell me what he wants to be for Halloween. And in this dream we would do some crafting together. If we get creative enough to make our own costumes (like the year I made my own Pippi Longstocking’s costume), I’ll make sure to share the process with you.
What’s your favorite Halloween (or October) tradition? Can you believe that it’s November and fall, my favorite season, is almost over?
