I love a good frittata because it’s easy to make, great for parties, and delicious any time of day.
As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m sharing my favorite frittata recipe by Epicurious. I’ve tried a few different combinations and they are all fantastic. And they taste much better than any Spanish tortilla recipe I’ve ever tried. Tip: if you’re cooking with spinach, use a frozen pre-chopped spinach.
